Question 1

What can I delegate to my Skilift EA?

Accepted Answer

Supported tasks span operations, research, marketing, design, and administration. Start with recurring tasks and clear deliverables, then expand as your EA learns your preferences and context.

Question 2

Is my assistant a person or an AI agent?

Accepted Answer

Your EA is a human professional who uses AI and productivity tools to support the work. They apply judgment, review outputs, and ask you when a decision or approval is needed.

Question 3

How are Skilift EAs vetted and trained?

Accepted Answer

We assess candidates for communication, reliability, problem-solving, judgment, and role-relevant skills. Skilift supports continuing development in AI, productivity, marketing, design, research, and business workflows.

Question 4

How much time will I spend managing my EA?

Accepted Answer

You’ll provide context, priorities, and feedback, especially during setup. Clear workflows and regular communication help make recurring delegation easier over time.

Question 5

What if a task is outside my EA’s skills or scope?

Accepted Answer

Your EA will flag the gap, clarify what is needed, and discuss options with you. Some work may need different expertise, additional capacity, or a separate arrangement.

Question 6

Can my EA use my existing software and accounts?

Accepted Answer

Where tools are supported, you can provide authorized access with permissions suited to the work. Third-party subscriptions may be separate, and sensitive actions should follow agreed approval steps.

Question 7

How do you handle confidential information and AI tools?

Accepted Answer

During setup, agree on access, information handling, approved tools, and review steps. Skilift will explain current safeguards before onboarding. Share access securely and avoid sending passwords in messages.

Question 8

What if I need more hours or different skills?

Accepted Answer

You can discuss a higher-capacity plan or additional support, subject to availability and scope. We’ll review the skills and time required before agreeing on the work.
